MARTIN T. RIO
Martin T. Rio has 22 years of management experience on high-end condominiums. Previous to this were the eight years of exposure in construction, design, and consultancy.
Mr. Rio was among the top-ranked examinees of the 1983 Engineering Board Exam. Numerous product tours sponsored by companies from Europe, USA and Asia further widened his appreciation of the appropriate technologies and systems necessary for efficient operation of buildings. He also finished most of the course requirements for MBA in Ateneo de Manila University. Mr. Rio is married to Ms. Cynthia Espinosa and they have one daughter, Joshabel Holy E. Rio.
