MR. EDWARD S. GO – President


Mr. Edward Sy Go finished his Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1961, Magna cum laude. He also completed most of the course requirements for MBA, also from the Ateneo.Mr. Go started at the First National City Bank (now Citibank, N.A.) in 1963. From there, he has held various positions as Controller, Consultant, Executive Director, President, CEO and Chairman in Yutivo Corporation, First National City Bank, Philippine Bank of Communications, China Banking Corporation, Banque Indosuez, The Philippine Banking Corporation, AsianBank Corporation, Global Business Bank, and United Coconut Planters Bank.

At present, Mr. Go is concurrently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI), Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ateneo De Manila University, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of ASA Philippines Foundation. He is also a Board Director of Metro Pacific Investment Corporation, Pilipino Telephone Corporation (PILTEL), PLDT Beneficial Trust Plan, ABC Development Corporation, Mediaquest Holdings, Inc., Mediascape, Inc., Union Galvasteel Corporation, AB Capital & Investment Corporation, Filipino Fund, Inc., Vicsal Investment Corporation and Loyola College of Culion.

Mr. Go was a past president of the Bankers Association of the Philippines, the Management Association of the Philippines, and the Ateneo Alumni Association. He was also Chairman of National Movement for Free Elections (NAMFREL) and the Philippine Clearing House Corporation. He was a Trustee of the Ateneo Scholarship Foundation, Director in Ayala Life Assurance, Inc., Malayan Zurich Insurance Corporation, Mapfre Asian Insurance Corporation, SM Fund, Inc., Bacnotan Cement Corporation, Negros Navigation, Inc., and Dean of the Consular Corps of the Philippines.

Mr. Go is an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Senegal and holds an honorary PhD in Corporate Management from University of Baguio. He is married to Pacita Laperal.
 

MR. AUGUSTO P. PALISOC Jr. – Treasurer


Mr. Augusto P. Palisoc Jr. has been with the First Pacific group of companies for 26 years where he first held the position of Project Finance Division Manager for First Pacific Finance Limited in Hong Kong. Since then he has held various positions for several First Pacific companies in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines. Currently he is an Executive Director at the Metro Pacific Investment Corporation, a position which he held since 2002. As such, he was initially involved in divestment of assets to assist in debt reduction and is now pursuing new acquisition and investment opportunities. He is also the head of the MPIC Hospital Group.

Mr. Palisoc finished his Bachelor of Arts, Major in Economics at the De La Salle University, graduating with Honors. He has a Master’s in Business Management Degree from Asian Institute of Management where he was the youngest Student council President and received a Special Leadership Award. He was also in the Dean’s List and was a Candidate for Distinction.
 

MR. FRANCIS R. MORAN – Director

Mr. Francis R. Moran has over 15 years of experience in advertising, media and communications industries covering major Asian markets where he served as an active senior executive. He is currently the Managing Director of Questzone Holdings Ltd. since 2007.

Mr. Moran began his career in 1982 first joining the Union Bank of the Philippines, a universal bank. He moved to the USA in 1984 and worked for Midlantic Bank, New Jersey. While in the United States, he ventured into real estate and joined Moya & Associates Real Estate Corp (New York).

In 1988, Mr. Moran joined the company Bozell Worldwide in New York, an American full-service public relations and advertising agency as Finance Controller. He was relocated to Hong Kong in 1990 as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bozell Worldwide, Hong Kong-China.

As a Hong Kong based executive, in 2002 he was associated with other companies of the Interpublic Group (3rd Largest Advertising & Communications Group in the world), as in FCB Worldwide, one of the giants of American advertising. He was also the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of McCann Erickson Asia Pacific in 2004.

His knowledge and wide experience in media and finance are assets we truly aspire at PPTCC. He is married to Ms. Alexandra Lamb-Moran and has one son, Jonathan.
 

MR. ANDREW S. BURTON


Mr. Andrew S. Burton is at present a General Services Officer for the US Embassy Manila. He has held this post since 2009.

Mr. Burton also serves as the Acting Financial Management Director for the US Embassy in the absence of the Director. In this regard he certifies and approves all funding for Embassy related expenditures and contracts. In addition, he represents the interests of the US Government with regard to property ownership, leasing, and maintenance. He attends to all the Embassy’s travel programs as one of his responsibilities.

Previously, Mr. Burton served in Hanoi Vietnam as General Services Officer. He also served in Singapore (2003-2006) where he held the position of Executive Officer for the US Federal Aviation Administration.

Mr. Burton attended the Arizona State University School of Education, American University Washington DC and the California Lutheran University. He brings along to PPTCC a wealth of experience that will definitely prove valuable to our community.

He is married to Michelle Burton with children, Chase Burton and Jacob Burton.

Mr. J. Roberto Delgado is the Chairman of the Board of the following companies:

He studied at the Ateneo de Manila University; graduated with a degree in Bachelors of Arts, Economics in 1965. There after, he pursued graduate studies in the United States and attended the Stanford University, California where he obtained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 1967. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School (HBS) Boston, Massachusetts having attended the Owner/President Management Program in 1986, 1987 & 1988.

We are indeed fortunate to have on board Mr. J. Roberto Delgado whom we expect to share his wisdom in organizational leadership.

Mr. J. Roberto Delgado is married to Helen Ho Delgado with 2 children, Rashid and Zaki. He also has two older children, Karla and Marco.

SEC. ALBERT D. DEL ROSARIO

The Honorable Albert F. del Rosario was born in Manila on November 14, 1939 and has worked for both the private sector and government. He attended Xavier High School in New York City and subsequently graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics.

The Secretary’s business career spanned a vast field which includedinsurance, banking, real estate, shipping, telecommunications, consumer products, retail, pharmaceutical, and food industries, among others. He was member of the Board of Directors of various firms prior to entering public service and held the position of Philippine Ambassador to the United States in Washington D.C.

The Secretary’s experience in the private sector included positions as chair of Phil. Stratbase Consultancy, Inc., Makati Foundation for Education and as president of Gotuaco, del Rosario Insurance Brokers, Inc., Philippine Telecommunications Investment Corporation (PTIC) and as a director in various companies and non-profit organizations, including the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), BusinessWorld Publishing Corporation, First Pacific Company (Hong Kong), PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (Indonesia), Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC), Philex Mining Corporation, Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC), Metro Pacific Tollways Development Corporation (MPTDC), Manila North Tollways Corporation (MNTC), ABC Development Corporation (ABC 5), Asia Insurance (Philippines) Corporation, Philippine Cancer Society, Cultural Center of the Philippines Foundation, Incorporated (CCPFI), Trustee of PinoyME Foundation, Inc., member of the Asia Society’s International Council and of the Board of Governors of International Graduate University (Washington, DC). In addition, the Ambassador headed the development of Pacific Plaza Towers, Metro Pacific Corporation’s signature project at Fort Bonifacio, Global City.

In September of 2004, Ambassador del Rosario was conferred the highest possible award, the Order of Sikatuna, Rank of Datu by H.E. President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for his outstanding efforts in promoting foreign relations. He also received the Philippine Army Award from President Aquino for his initiatives as Chairman of the Makati Foundation for Education in 1991. In early 2001, he received the EDSA II Heroes Award from President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in recognition of his efforts in promoting Philippine democracy. He was recently elevated to the Xavier Hall of Fame in New York City.

Ambassador del Rosario is married to Gretchen de Venecia. They have five children and six grandchildren.
 

ATTY. RAY C. ESPINOSA

Director of the Company since November 24, 1998. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mediaquest Holdings, Inc., ABC Development Corporation (TV5), Mediascape, Inc. (Cignal TV), Nation Broadcasting Corporation, and other subsidiaries of Mediaquest Holdings Inc.

He is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund and Head of PLDT Regulatory Affairs and Policy. He is also a director of Manila Electric Company and Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, an independent director of Lepanto Consolidated Mining Corporation, and the Vice Chairman of Philweb Corporation.
 
 

MR. NAPOLEON L. NAZARENO

Mr. Napoleon Logarta Nazareno has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. since February 19, 2004. Mr. Nazareno has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Smart Communications, Inc. (“Smart“), a subsidiary of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. since January 2000 and serves as the President of ACeS Philippines Cellular Satellite Corporation, a subsidiary of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co since February 2000.

Mr. Nazareno serves as a Director of PLDT, ePLDT, Inc., PLDT Global Corporation, Smart Communications, Inc., Aces Philippines Cellular Satellite Corporation, Philippine Telecommunications Investment Corporation, Metro Pacific Holdings, Inc., Metro Pacific Management Services, Inc., Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation, Bonifacio Land Corporation and FPD Savills, Philippines, Inc. Mr. Nazareno served as a Director of Negros Navigation Co., Inc., Metro Pacific Corp. and Metro Pacific Investments Corp. Mr. Nazareno graduated in 1970 at the University of San Carlos in Cebu with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He obtained his Master’s degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management in 1973 and completed the INSEAD Executive Program of the European Institute of Business Administration in Fontainebleau, France in 1983.
 

MR. ROGELIO SINGSON


Rogelio Singson is the secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) under the Aquino administration. Mr. Rogelio L. Singson is Director of Metro Pacific Investments Corp. He has held this post since May 28, 2009. He is President & CEO of Maynilad Water Services, Inc. since May, 2007. He previously held directorships in Clark Development Corporation, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation, National Power Corporation and Metropolitan Waterworks & Sewerage System.

Mr. Singson had served in various senior positions such as Chairman & President of Bases Conversion & Development Authority, Senior Vice President for Business Development, Citadel Holdings, Inc., Chairman, John Hay Poro Point Development Corp, former Assistant Cabinet Secretary, Office of the President. Mr. Singson obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from University of the Philippines and attended Master’s Program in Public & Business Management from the De La Salle University. He also attended various trainings abroad on Public-Private Partnership, privatization and Build Operate Transfer (BOT) Schemes.
 

MR. RICARDO S. PASCUA


Mr. Ricardo S. Pascua, 62, has been a director of Boulevard Holdings, Inc. since December 2, 2005. Mr. Pascua has retired from active full-time employment since December 2001. He serves as an independent director from January 2002 to present to various corporate and foundation boards upon invitation of former associates. Current positions held in business entities include: Chairman of the Board of Ready Foods Manufacturing Corp.; Facilities and Property Management Technologies, Inc.; Biometrix Technology Phils., Corp. and Caelum Developers, Inc.

He is the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Phoenix Land, Inc. He serves as Director of Costa de Madera Corporation, JP Latex Technology, Inc. and Latex Holdings, Inc. He serves as an adviser to the Board of Directors of Central Country Estate, Inc. He was the Vice Chairman/President and Chief Executive Officer of Metro Pacific Corporation from January 2000 to December 2001. He served as Vice Chair/President & Chief Executive Officer of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation. Mr. Pascua was the Executive Director of First Pacific Company Limited from February 1982 to December 2001. He graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Cum Laude) at Ateneo de Manila University and earned his Master of Business Management at Asian Institute of Management.
